DESCRIPTION
BASQUE draws a long, luminous line across a room. Its substantial hand-cast glass top rests on a spare welded steel frame, pairing textured transparency with the grounded character of metal. The generous length and narrow profile create a composed surface for an entryway or isolated space behind a sofa.

DESIGN & CRAFTSMANSHIP
Designed and fabricated by Christison Lewis Inc., with each glass component hand-cast in our California studio. Our signature “Chill Texture” forms as molten glass cools against a steel mold, giving the surface its distinctive character. Subtle variations in color and texture are inherent to the casting process.
In our standard clear soda-lime glass, the thickness and mass of the material reveal delicate golden to green tones.
